At Podcast Monkey, our unlimited editing model means you can submit as many editing requests as you need, and we'll work on them every business day until you're completely satisfied. As soon as we send your drafts, we’ll move on to the next request in your queue. And, we'll work through your queue in the order you've submitted the requests. Revisions are unlimited too! Keep the edits coming until your podcast sounds exactly the way you want it to.
While the actual number of edits you can receive may vary based on factors such as the length, scope & complexity of your podcast we always aim to provide you with as many high-quality edits as possible each month. If you want to maximize your subscription, we recommend keeping your queue full and organized, so that we can work through your requests efficiently.
Our unlimited editing model gives you complete freedom to create the perfect podcast without any limits on the number of requests or revisions you can make.
Active requests refer to the number of editing requests that our team is currently working on in your queue. At Podcast Monkey, we offer two unlimited plans that have different active request limits. An active request can either be an episode or a reels/clip.
It's important to note that the number of active requests you have does not limit the total number of requests you can make during your subscription. Only "In Progress" requests are counted towards the active request limit. Once a draft is sent for review, it is no longer considered active, and you editor will start the next edit in the queue.
If you need more active requests at a time, you can consider adding another subscription to your account or upgrading to the Unlimited Grow plan. By doing this, you can increase your editing output and have more requests being worked on simultaneously.
With our Unlimited Pro plan, your editors will work on one active request at a time, which can either be an episode request or a reels/clips request. You can receive up to 2 simple reels or 1 complex reel per day.
With our Unlimited Grow plan, you can submit two active requests at a time, which can be any combination of episode requests or reels/clips requests.
*If you have any revisions to an edit, your editor will move it back to an active request. Your editor will try to get revisions back to you as soon as possible but keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours.

Once a subscriber, you will be able to request edits using a simple order form inside your client portal. In t he form, there will be a field for you to paste a url to your media files. You can either use Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Riverside or any sort of cloud storage.
